- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of red pepper
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
Noodles and vegetables
400 g of udon noodles (2 servings)
3 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
Cut the garlic into slices, fry it until golden brown.
Add the onion and spring onion, stir fry.
Prepare the sauce (ingredients above).
Add the cabbage and sauce.
Put the udon noodles into boiling water for 30 seconds.
Add the noodles, stir fry for 2 minutes.
Optionally, add some mayonnaise and bonito on top.
