Ingredients

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of red pepper
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Noodles and vegetables

  • 400 g of udon noodles (2 servings)

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 cabbage

  • 3 spring onions

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Directions

  1. Cut the garlic into slices, fry it until golden brown.

  2. Add the onion and stir fry.

  3. Prepare the sauce (ingredients above).

  4. Add the cabbage and sauce.

  5. Put the udon noodles into boiling water for 30 seconds.

  6. Add the noodles, stir fry for 2 minutes, add the spring onions towards the end.

  7. Optionally, add some mayonnaise and bonito on top.
