Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 + 1/3 cup of milk
  • 25 g of melted butter

Directions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool down.
  2. Mix the flour, the salt and the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs.
  4. Stir slowly. When it becomes thicker, add the cold milk.
  5. Add the cold melted butter.

Notes

Add more milk if the dough is not liquid enough.
