Ingredients

  • 250 g of baking chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g (10.5 tbsp) of butter
  • 150 g (3/4 cups) of sugar
  • 60 g (1/2 cup) of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Break the chocolate into chunks and melt it with the butter.
  3. Stir the eggs with the sugar.
  4. Add the flour, vanilla, salt. Pour the chocolate.
  5. Add the eggs.
  6. Stir slowly. When it becomes thicker, add the cold milk.
  7. Bake for 20 mins.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool down for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Notes

The brownie will finish baking outside of the oven. It is better to use eggs at room temperature.

  • Bake for 25 mins
  • Bake at higher temperature
  • Chocolate powder
  • Add nuts or banana
