Ingredients
- 250 g of baking chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 150 g (10.5 tbsp) of butter
- 150 g (3/4 cups) of sugar
- 60 g (1/2 cup) of flour
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Break the chocolate into chunks and melt it with the butter.
- Stir the eggs with the sugar.
- Add the flour, vanilla, salt. Pour the chocolate.
- Add the eggs.
- Stir slowly. When it becomes thicker, add the cold milk.
- Bake for 20 mins.
- Remove from the oven and let cool down for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Notes
The brownie will finish baking outside of the oven. It is better to use eggs at room temperature.
